I am Bertha, I am 36 years old and have a 15-year-old daughter. I separated from my partner a long time ago because I suffered abuse. At the beginning I never had problems, but later, my partner started consuming alcohol, I tried in several ways, together with my daughter, to get him to stop that habit that was harming my entire home, but despite the time and efforts, it didn't change, then I found out that my partner was dating another woman. The attacks and psychological violence worsened. In the process of my separation I found some friends who helped me but I also found the Sumak team that is helping me cope with this moment and also gives me the guidance to carry out the legal processes I need to recover my home.
