Empowering Women for Economic Independence: A Collaborative Journey with the Santiago Partnership and GOCWOW

In the spirit of empowerment and community building, the Santiago Partnership recently collaborated with the organization Creative Woman of the World, GOCWOW, to conduct a transformative training program for a group of 15 women. Comprising 5 women from the SUMAK care center for women victims of violence, 5 women from the intervention program, and 5 women who are relatives of children from the Home for At Risk Children, these inspiring individuals embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. The training aimed to encourage and unleash the potential within each woman, fostering a sense of independence and accomplishment.

The training program was designed to equip the women with the knowledge and skills necessary for entrepreneurship and effective economic management. The classes provided by GOCWOW delved into various aspects of business, encouraging the women to harness their creativity and skills. From financial literacy to marketing strategies, the women were empowered with practical insights that would enable them to navigate the challenges of the business world.

As the training progressed, the women the opportunity to turn their dreams of economic independence into reality. The program not only nurtured their business acumen but also instilled a sense of confidence and determination. The journey culminated with each woman presenting her unique business project, a testament to their perseverance and creative spirit.

The training program concluded with a joyous graduation ceremony, marking a significant milestone in the lives of these empowered women.
