Summer School: A Santiago Partnership Review

Lately we’ve been learning a lot about Ecuador in Summer School.

Today, let’s spend a little time on a refresher course all about the Santiago Partnership!

First things first, are you aware of the Santiago Partnership’s vision and goals?

The Mission is: “THE SANTIAGO PARTNERSHIP, AS AN INTERNATIONAL TEAM OF FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST COLLABORATING WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH OF ECUADOR, SOUTH AMERICA, SEEKS TO TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF AT RISK CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, AS WELL AS SERVE UNDERPRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES.”

One of the overall goals we would like to highlight today is: for each aspect of the project becomes self-sustaining.

It’s a pretty unique goal for a nonprofit and something we are blessed to be working towards.

So now, what all does the Santiago Partnership do again?

There’s the Medical Clinic

The Home for at Risk Children

The Forever Flowers Farm

The Artisan Studio

Bonus Round 1: In collobration with others, we help with an Intervention Program for families in the Cayambe Ecuador area and conduct medical caravans.

Bonus Round 2: Did you know that the Santiago Partnership has no intention of only existing in the Cayambe, Ecuador location?

The self-sustainability goal encompasses the vision to replicate similar services in other locations in Ecuador.
