This time of year brings a lot of reflection for many of us. Many people make New Years Resolutions as they pledge to make changes in their lives to be better people, better spouses, better parents, better family members, better community members, better employees, or better disciples of Christ. Here in Ecuador, there is a tradition on New Year’s eve of gathering as family members and burning down effigies of what represents the “old year” to them and as the effigies are burning, they jump over them as they are jumping into a new year and jumping into a new life that they will have in the new year.
As the ministries in Cayambe and around Ecuador continue to grow, we wondered if you wanted to consider a New Purpose in the New Year. Over the years, we have received many commitments to support the Santiago Partnership whether it be financially, through prayer, through visits of volunteerism or many other ways to support the ministries in an on-going continuous fashion.
One of the ways that you can practically support the ministries in an on-going way is through our monthly support options of: One Day in Ecuador, 64 for Ecuador or through monthly contributions to the General Operations of the project.
