Delay in the Container Shipment

We want to ask for prayer for the situation with our container filled with donations that we are in the process of having shipped out from Minneapolis to Ecuador. As a reminder for some of you who maybe have not heard, we have established a strategic partnership with Matter.ngo to send the project in Cayambe a container filled with medical supplies and equipment as well farming equipment for the Forever Flowers project. At this point, both Matter and the project in Cayambe are both ready to have this container packed and shipped. Unfortunately, it seems as though we have run into a little bit of red tape placed upon us by the Ecuadorian customs regulations in which this container, as a donation, requires a pre-approval before it can be shipped. In order to acquire this pre-approval, we must go through a process of packing the container completely in order to have a finalized list of contents so then we can get the pre-approval that is needed. The packed container will need to sit at Matter until the pre-approval is acquired. This is not what we were planning as we were just going to have the container packed and shipped; thus, moving forward in this way will cause at least a month’s delay in the process. We are a bit disappointed to learn of this news as you can imagine, and we ask for your prayers that this process can be alleviated as much as possible as we want to move forward as quickly as possible to get these critical donations to Ecuador.
