First International Medical Caravan in over a year

We were able to welcome a team of fully vaccinated medical providers from the U.S. to help us to complete a much-needed medical caravan as it has been over a year since last attending up in the mountains where there is little access to medicine. Complete biosecurity measures were put in place to keep all of the patients and providers safe. This team of Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Worker and Hair Stylist served hand-in-hand with the staff of the project and amidst the odds of a pandemic to provide medical care to the medically underprivileged in the communities of Lote 4 and Agato. The end results were 345 patients seen, 50 haircuts provided, and 42 social work encounters executed. Thank you so much for your partnership in mission!
