Indiana University Dental Students return to serve

A little over a month ago we had the opportunity to serve alongside a group dental students from Indiana University School of Dentistry. They come each year to work in the communities in and around Cayambe. This year the group consisted of 10 students, 5 dentists, and one person who organizes and cleans equipment. They worked in three different locations in the area, working with primarily a Kichwa population. They saw a total of 229 patients throughout the week and provided fluoride treatments to around 500 local children. We had a great week of working together!
